Having purchased your land plot through Universal Properties (UP) you are ready for the build and design phase of your dream residential/investment property. Prices range from D1.8M - D4.2M dependant upon style and additional options.
Visit us at our offices and select your property from our portfolio of designs. We can even tailor some specific requirements into your build with careful discussions with the architects and builders.
We will liaise with the planning offices to obtain planning permits for your chosen design. Planning Costs are based upon the square meterage of your design.
Having selected your design, and chosen other facilities available such as Solar Power or Swimming Pool we can then give you the total cost for your build.
This can again be available in 3 options:-
Full Cash Price - D1.8M - D4.2M
Staged Payments - Usually 30%/30%30%10%
Staged Payments with a back end Mortgage Option - (subject to approval from Lenders)
